Designed, then developed within the Salesforce Communities platform, the Help Center was a complete refresh that helped users get to the information that they needed to be successful in the JazzHR application.
The JazzHR Training Portal was a critical resource for customer success. The portal centered around the use of brief videos and helpful articles that showed users how to set up their accounts in a step-by-step format.
Designed with partners in mind, this web property gave JazzHR partners more visibilty with JazzHR customers, and helped JazzHR broaden it's product capabilities through a wide variety of software integrations.
